WEDDING
NICHOLAS —MOHAN A quid hill pretty wedding was solemnised in St. Jolin’s Church, Clii'isleluircli, on September 28th, when Miss Shirley Moran, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Moran, of Lower 1-lutt, was married to .Mr. Graham Nicholas, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Nicholas, of South Canterbury. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Canon G. N. Watson, an old friend of the bridegroom's father. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a tunic dress of silver grey, with burgundy accessories. and carried a sheaf of burgundy and pink tulips. Mr. Ken Nicholas, brother of the bridegroom, acted as best man. Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas’s home will be in South Canterbury. The bride is well known in Lower Mutt as a member of St. James’s Choir, Hutt Repertory Society, and Hutt Tennis Club and cubmistress of the 3rd Lower Hutt Guides.
