CONTROL OF TRAFFIC
PRESENT SYSTEM CONTINUED The by-laws committee of the Lower Hutt City Council reportod to the council on Monday night that it had given consideration to the Transport Department's suggestion of taking over control of traffic in Lower Hutt, and after a dissection of the relative costs of traffic control recommended that the present system of control be continued for the current year.
