Street Construction and Laying of Water Mains and Stormwater Drains. Separate Tenders are invited by the Lower Hutt City Council for the carrying out of the following works: (a) Laying of Water Mains and Stormwater Drains in Daly Street, Margaret Street and High Street. (b) Road Construction and Kerbing and Channelling in Daly and Margaret Streets. Plans and Specifications may be obtained at the City Engineer's Office.
