LEAGUE OF MOTHERS
The annual meeting and election of officers was held on the Bth August when Mrs. Wedekind was reelected president for the ensuing year, Mrs Wilson was re-elected secretary, and Mrs Maclauchlan treasurer. An admission service was held when three ladies were received into membership. Elocutionary items were given by Mrs. Craig Mackenzie, and solos by Mrs Bernard, each lady being presented with a spray of flowers. The balance of the afternoon was taken up with competitions and games, and the Thought for the month was given by Mrs Reaus.
