LOWER HUTT SOCCER CLUB
<3, A very successful social and dance to wind up the season's activities was held by the above club recently at the Oddfellows Hall. A large attendance enjoyed dancing and amusing items during the course of an entertaining evening. A welcome from the club was extended to other visiting club members and representatives. The club president, Mr. Adams, spoke on the season's activities, and made a presentation from the management com mittee to Mr. 1. England for his good work during the season. I A very appetising supper was servj ed by an energetic ladies' committee to whom the club extends its special thanks. It was gratifying to see the older members ol" the club in attendance. If the evening gives any indication of the club's new lease of life, the success of coming seasons seems assured.
