AOKMAL ACTIVITIES FUND The training of girls as voluntary aids by the Red Cross Society is a valuable work which is even more essential in war time than in peace time. In order that the girls may be trained under conditions as similar as possible to those they will later meet, in hospital, a good deal of equipment is required. Members of the Lower Hutt. Voluntary Aid Detachment are holding a garden party at the home of Mrs J. Mitchell.
