LOWER HUTT TENNIS CLUB.

The fine weather at the week-end brought out a number of members keen to practice before the official opening on Saturday, September 13th. A number of new members have been enrolled and, with the majority of last season's players still available, a good season Is'.xpected. The grass courts have made good growth during the past few weeks, and appear to be in good order for' this time of the year. It is hoped to hare the six hard courts marked for next week-end, when It is expected that further members and intending members will be present. : : i
