NEW , SECRETARY WELCOME!* The members of tiie Board of Directors and the ladies' auxiliary of the Hutt Valley Y.M.C.A. combined last week to welcome Mr. 0. L. Cato, who lias come from the Nelson Y.M.C.A. to take up his position as physical director and general secretary of the local association. The president, Mr. C. G. Hedge, in welcoming Mr. Cato, spoke of the wonderful field there is for their work among the youth of the district, and said that the members were looking forward to a great expansion in the work of the association under Mr. Cato's enthusiastic direction. Items were contributed by Mrs. I<\ Potter, Miss Phyllis Griegg, Mrs. Craig Mackenzie, and Mr. W. Miller, Mrs. J. W. Andrews accompanying the musical items. A delightful supper was served by the ladies' auxiliary.
