MINIATURE RIFLE CLUB
The annual general meeting of the Hutt Miniature- Rifle Club was held in the range. Riverbank street, when there was a good attendance of members, anid 'the club captain, Mr. A. D. | Brown, was in the chair. I The financial statement showed the •club to be in a sound position. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as .follows: — Patron., Mr. H. >G. Teagle; vicepatrons, the Hon. "Walter Nash, M.P., Messrs. E. J. Witcombe, H. H. Morris, §. Piatt, K. Munro, Win. Dobsoli, 11. K. Skilton, H. Brasell, E. Veitch, and H. V. Westbury. Club captain, Mr. P. Cropp; treasurer, Mr. A. D. Brown; secretary Mr. Wm. Green; selector, Mr. L. Hare; auditor, Mr. A. J. Gearing; delegate to W.M.R.A., Mr. H. Keene; general committee, the principal officers and Messrs. H. Galdwell, H. Keene, H. C. Hollis, L. -Hare, and C. Jones. Mr. P. W. Oh'ing was unanimously elected a life-meniber of the club. It was decided to opsn the Tange for practice shooting Mondays and Wednesdays, 'beginning from the 21st inst.
