LOWER HUTT COURT OF REVIEW.
Tlic Lower Hutt Court has (been constituted a Court of Beview Sot the filing of applications in respect 'to mortgages and leases for final adjustment under the Mortgages and Lessees Rehabilitation Act, 1936. Mr. P. B. Jameson has been appointed As all applications lutve to be field in the nearest Court of lieview, the Lower Hutt Court of Review will deal with all applications in the Hutt Valley. Instructions in pamphlet form and all forms necessary for the administration of the A.ct will be available at the court within a few days. It is stated that owing to the legal formation required under the Act, all wpplfcants would be well advised t'o consult a solicitor.
