An unusual incident occured in Victoria Street, Hamilton recently. Mrs J. Lawrence ivas dressing the front of her women's clothing shop when a wax model overbalanced and smashed a plate-glass window. Traffic Inspector G. Robinson saw the model ' from a point some distance away and, thinking it was a woman who had fainted, ran to the rescue. In lifting up the model, Robinson cut his finger severely with a rjicce of glass.
