A CORRECTION
(To the Editor). Sir, —Through my fault entirely, Mr. Reddington, of Hautana Square, Lower Hutt. was not mentioned as the author of the scheme for superannuation payments to Civil Servant widows. Mr. Reddington originated a scheme for .Civil Servant widows, brought his scheme to me, and though I prepared the scheme as submitted to Parliament it was his thought that gave me the idea and to him should be given the credit. In your article in the "Hutt News" you made the mistake that I did of calling Mr. Reddington Mr Peddington. Had I not mis-spelt his name I am sure you would not have done so. —I am etc., THOMAS M.
