HUTT BOWLING, TENNIS AND CROQUET CLUE,
I The Hutt Bowling, Tennis and Croquet Club members held a very enjoyable social in the club room last Thm-sday evening. The winners of the progressive, euchre tournament were Mrs. Brooks and Mr. J. Turner, the prizes being donate;! by the club's captain, Mj W. Lees. Mi;s B. Hazeldine who donated the '' booby"' prizes wished the winner better luck ne: t time. A very nice supper was prepare! by the ladies and a number of musical items were rendered by the Misses .Tone: , Adams, Brooks and Hazeldine. On b - half of the Tennis Section Mr. B. Bothwell thanked the performers and also Mr. Lees and Miss Hazllden for donating the prizes. Mr. Lees eloquently responded. The committee wish to thank Eev. Father Daly for the loan of card tables, Mr. J. Newell for use of motor truck, I also Mr. and Mrs. Brooks, Mesdames Matthews, Hayes, and Yates for their valuable assistance in providing such an enjoyable evening. •
