NON-AGGRESSION PACT.
TO BE DISCUSSED BY THE NORTHERN COUNTRIES (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) STOCKHOLM, May 8. The Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, and Danish Foreign Ministers are to meet to-morrow to discuss the German proposal for a non-aggression pact. The Swedish and Norwegian press is generally insistent that agreement would be contrary to their neutral policy, but Finland is more favourable, after discussion the Ministers rejected Germany's offer.
