JAPS. IN SOUTH SEAS.
REPORTED TO BE FLOURISHING (By Telegraph-Press, Assn.-Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.35 a.m.) TOKIO, May 9. General Koiso, Minister for Overseas Affairs, declared that the Japanese are flourishing in the South Seas regions and, taking into consideration the present situation jn China, the Japanese Government is taking measures to further encourage the southward enterprise for the purpose of acquiring materials and promoting experts.
