CHARGE AGAINST MR. SANDYS.
MR. HORE-BELISHA BLAMED FOE MILITARY COURT, (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.15 a.m.) LONDON. July 11. Despite Labour protests, the Speaker ruled out the discussion on the action of Mr. Horc-Belisha, when Mr. Neville Chamberlain, in the House of Commons, moved the approval of the report of the ■committee on privileges condemning the military authorities for summoning Mr. Sandys before a Military Court. Major Atlee argued that Air. Belisha was responsible for summoning the Military Court.
