FATAL ACCIDENT AT WELLINGTON.
WOMAN STRUCK BY CAR (By Telegraph—Press Association). WELLINGTON, Last Night An elderly woman, Mrs. E. E* Herland, of 144 Upland road, Kelburn, Wellington, received fatal injuries when •he was knocked down by a car in Upland road at 7.40 to-night. She died before reaching hospital.
