£250 FINE FOR BOOKMAKING.
THREE CONVICTIONS AT NEW PLYMOUTH (Bv Telegraph—Press Association.; NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night. Three bookmakers arrested on Saturday were fined a total of £290 to-day. Vincent Sisarieh, a restaurant proprietor and described as more principal than an agent, was fined £250; James Cameron, billiard saloon proprietor, was tned £25 and Robert Vinsen, hair--1 dresser, £ls. All pleaded guilty.
