DISAPPROVES OF NAZI ECONOMIC POLICY. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.40 a.m.) BERLIN, Sept. 9. Dr. Sehaeht has handed his resignation to Herr Hitler on account of his disapproval of the Nazi economic policy. The British' United Press’ Berlin correspondent says it was revealed that Schacht recently sent a memorandum to Hitler demanding measures for the stimulation of exports and the diversion, to more raw materials for manufactures, instead of rearmament and public works. It was not known whether the resignation will affect his presidency of Reich’s Bank.
