The members of the Australian Davis Cup team engaged in fast singles practice among themselves. All w r ere in good form, Bromwich playing his best vet. The team joined a large gallery to watch Tapia and Reyes practice. The spectators predicted that Australia would defeat Mexico in thiee straight sets and also defeat the United States bv a close'margin.
