NEW AGREEMENT SIGNED. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) (British Official Wireless). Received Thursday, 7.30 p.m. RUGBY, Sept. 2. A new trade and clearing agreement between the United Kingdom and Turkey was signed at the Foreign Office to replace the trade and payments agreement signed at Angora on i June 4, 1935. The text will be pub lished in apout two weeks’ time.
