JAPANESE TROOPS SEIZE RAILWAY. TIENTSIN STATION HEAVILY GUARDED. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.50 a.m.) TOKIO, November 27. Japanese troops have seized the railway and forbidden trains to move southwards as they fear they will return laden with Nanking troops. The railway station at Tientsin is heavily guarded. The Japanese are believed to be determined to push on with plans to create a “autonomous” in Northern China. OUTOOK ANYTHING BUT GOOD. JAPANESE IN POSITION TO TAKE CONTROL. (Received This Day, 1,15 p.m.) ONDON, November 27. Latest advices received in London from the Far East do not clarify the situation. The outlook is anything but good and apparently the Japanese have acted without Chinese co-opera-tion. The Japanese have strong forces and are in a position to take control, though it is uncertain whether they at present are holding their hands, not desiring to further embarrass themselves on the eve of the Naval Conference.
