Swollen Cities
Received Tuesday, Midnight. LONDON, July 11. The Daily Guardian, referring to the "White Australia controversy, says the question the Dean of Canterbury raised, is: "Who will do the developing of the Northern Territory—Australians or others?" The only way a White Australia can be justified is to reverse the flow of population from the swollen cities with the object of profitably employing the vast lands for which the Commonwealth is trustee."
