SOLICTOR ADMITS THEFT AND FORGERY.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHJBIS.TCHTJBCH, iTuesday. Before Mr Mosley, S.M., Huddart Richard Sampson, 30, solicitor, pleaded guilty to three charges, theft of £1345 belonging to clients, forging a client's signature on a bank cheque drawn by an insurance company for £126, and forging an assignment of the life policy of the same client. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Accused, in a statement, said he commenced the offences six years ago.
