WOOL IMPROVEMENT SCHEME
♦ " ■ FAEMEES' UNION COMMITTEE TO REPORT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. Art'-' a nreeting of the New Zealand Tanners' Union executive to-day, it was stated that the Meat Board was now sympathetic towards the proposal that it should control a scheme for the improvement of wool. It was stated that South Island eheepfarmers were also favourable to the wool improvement scheme. The opinion was expressed that the scheme would have to include both Islands or there would be no scheme at all.
