BANGLES RETURN.

Bangles were worn at a recent fashion parade held in London prior to the Royal Courts. At the Molyneux salon each mannequin wore metal “slave bangles," Some had wide bangles that looked like handcuffs. Others wore a dozen narrow bronze bracelets, and there were bangles of black japanned metal and narrow bracelets of chromium plating. Clash, clash went the bangles with every movement of the .arms, and I wondered (writes a London correspondent) what the sound would be like at a reception if every woman wore the ‘ ‘ slave bangles' of fashion.
