Victoria Shaken by Earth Tremors
NO DAMAGE DONE MELBOURNE, Sept. 4. The whole of the southern portion of Victoria was shaken by earth tremors this morning. The shock was particularly noticeable in the metropolitan area, though little damage is reported.
