Messrs Winter, Simpson and Company have issued writs out of the Supreme Court, on behalf of Sir Hugh Denison, •Sir John Butters and Albert Fordyce Wheeler, directors of Associated Newspapers, for £IO,OOO each against the Labour Daily and George Smith (printer and publisher).
