LANG GUARD DOCUMENT. REVIVAL OF PLAN THAT WAS RESCINDED. PROMPT POLICE INQUIRIES. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright.) (Received This Day, 10.5'ia.m.) SYDNEY, Friday. The Telegraph says that police action began the instant that the “Lang Guard” document was found in. Parliament House and handed to the Commissioner. - Police Commissioner Childs stated that a thorough investigation would be made. The Chief Secretary, Mr P. Chaffey, ■commented that the document was consistent with resolutions passed at the Plaster Labour Party’s Conference of 1931 and rescinded -next day. It is the same Soviet plan that the Lang Government has been .associated with all along. The Telegraph adds. that a message to the Labour Daily late on Wednesday night informed them of the impending publication of the document. They were quick into print with a condemnation of it, without having seen it.
