COMMUNIST THREATS IN NEW YORK. Received Sunday, 9.50 p.m. NEW YORK, Nov. 21. As the result of bombing threats by Communists and the anti-Pascist party drastic precautions are being taken to guard the financial district which is filled with private guards, patrolmen and detectives following the receipt by the police department of letters asserting that various buildings and persons would be blown up. A personal bodyguard has been assigned to protect Mr. J. P. Morgan and his home. The Justice Department in Washington has also apparently received information of the • supposed bomb plot.
