WELL-KNOWN FARMER PINED.

(By Telegraph—Press Associations) v HAMILTON, This Day. A well-known and highly farmer of Tatuanui, Norman} Day* pleaded guilty to being found drunk in charge of a car at Hamilton last evening. The police stated that defendant was going from Auckland home when he crashed into two cars before coming to a standstill. Mr W. Seavill, J.P., in imposing a fine of £ls, agreed with counsel that the cancellation of accused’s license would be §n undue hardship’as he depended on this for the cartage of milk and cream to the factory. .
