NO ORDINARY DIVIDENDS FOR SIX YEARS. RECEIVER APPOINTED. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright ) Received this day, 10.45 a.m. . LONDON, August 27. Mr Humphreys granted the London Maritime Investment Company’s unopposed application for the appointment of a receiver-manager for Lamport and Holt. It was subsequently announced that Sir William McCMntock had been appointed receiver. Lamport and Holt, of which Lord Kylsant is. chairman, have not paid a dividend on ordinary shares since 1924, -and dividends on preference shares are in arrears since 1925.
