BUDAPEST, February 9
Professor Obertli, whose plans for a rocket trip to the moon arc in abeyance, is now conducting trials to shoot a postal packet to America. He be-,, lieves if a rocket weighing 120 pounds and measuring fifteen metres is shot from Segoscar, in Transylvania, it would land on American soil in half an hour.
