York, whose evidence led to the conviction of a razor gangster in Sydney eighteen months ago, appealed to the police here for protection for himself and his wife. lie states they have been hounded out of Sydney, Goulbourn and Adelaide by underworld friends of the convicted man and are now destitute and in fear of their Jives unless they can escape from Australia.
