MORE PRIMARY INDUSTRIES. SUGGESTION BY LORD CRAIGAVON. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) HAMILTON, This Day. Viscount Craigavpn, Premier of Northern Ireland, addressing an Ulster gathering here last night, recommended that further'primary industries be. established in the Dominion. These, lie said, would assist in case one of the present industries broke down for a few years. For instance, flax of the kind used in Northern Ireland for fine linen might be grown.
