Ramsay MacDonald) announced, in the House of Commons, that the British delegates to the London ,Naval Conference would be himself, the Hon. A. Henderson (Secretary for Foreign Affairs) and Captain Wedgwood Benn (Secretary for India). Canada,' Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, the Irish Free State and India, had been invited to nominate delegates.
