Major Segravo won the Count Voilli Chip as a result ; of two races to-day. In the morning he led from start to finish in four laps totalling twelve and a-hall miles. Miss America was fifth, piloted by an Italian, Count Ruspoli, and averaged 57 miles per hour. In the afternoon Miss England covered the six laps course of twelve miles in 16 minutes 2 2-3 seconds, an average speed of 70 miles hourly. The best lap was 74. Miss America retired in the second lap.
