CAR AND MOTOR CYCLE COLLIDE.
CAE DRIVER PROSECUTED. (By Telegraph —Press Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. While riding a motor cycle along Wilkie Eoad last evening, Edwin Arthus Garehow was struck by a motor ear, receiving head injuries and a fracture of both legs.
As a sequel David Craig Miller Andrews pleaded not guilty at the police Court to being intoxicated in charge of a car and was remanded bn bail to October 18. Garehow’s condition is fairly serious.
