At a meeting of the council of the Massey Agricultural College Sir George Fowlds were ic-eleeted chairman for the ensuing year and Mr P. Levi treasurer. The principal, Professor I’erren, reported that substantial progress had been made with the improvements to the Mcllardy property, the reading scheme being practically completed. The farm manager reported that the crons were doing well and the stock in good condition. It jvas stated that the expert in charge had made considerable progress in the proposed scheme of research in wool. The administrative block of buildings would be ready for occupation in six weeks.
