THREE YOUTHS ARRESTED. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright.) (Received This Day, D.lova.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. A girl aged 16 at Parkes was subjected to terrible treatment;' She alleges that four young ■: men followed her and dragged her into a local park, where she was outraged. The girl dragged herself bodily outside the park en- ■ cloture, where she was discovered, and received assistance. She was taken to hospital. The police have arrested three youths, all of whom have been identified 'by the victim.
