Mr J. L. Stout, 8.M., gave judgment for the plaintiffs for the amounts named in the following undefended . cases: —Drapery and General Import* ing Company, Ltd., v. G. McDonald, £lO 10s Idj costs £2 14s; Jhing Kwong v. Joe Sue.Ning,, £5 10s 6d, costs £1 18s 6d; same v. Ekehehi Wirihana, £2 8s sd, costs £1 9s 6d, AHmaud’s, Ltd., y, E. B. Bussell, £4 18s lOd, costa £1 Ids 6d; B. E. Why man v. Whioi Kero honta 0 , £3 10a, costs. £1 12a 6d; E. A. H, George v. Percy Moss ; £1 13s 6d, costs Ss; William Henry Taylor v. Charles William Norman, costs only 16s; IL Murray and C. L. Crowley v. Harold North, £4 10s, costs £1 7s 6d; John Cameron v. Robert Lloyd Martin, £94 5s 3d, costs £5 11s. Orders were made on judgment summonses as follows: —A. P. Barnett t» pay A. Dempsey £8 13s 6d oh or before October 18th, in default four days; Dick Barnett to pay W. Monks £4 7b 6d on or before October 18th, in default five days. No orders were made in the eases of Nieol Bros. v. H. Hartley (£26 9s 4d) and T. and A. M. Verry v. Para Matakatea (£4 15s). Oii a claim by Bessie Smith for rent and possession of a shop and dwelling used as a laundry by Sun Lee, judgment was given for £47 19s arrears of rent, with costs £4 6s 6d, and an order was made for possession on or before October 18th.
