Orders were made on judgment summonses as follows: —A. P. Barnett t» pay A. Dempsey £8 13s 6d oh or before October 18th, in default four days; Dick Barnett to pay W. Monks £4 7b 6d on or before October 18th, in default five days. No orders were made in the eases of Nieol Bros. v. H. Hartley (£26 9s 4d) and T. and A. M. Verry v. Para Matakatea (£4 15s). Oii a claim by Bessie Smith for rent and possession of a shop and dwelling used as a laundry by Sun Lee, judgment was given for £47 19s arrears of rent, with costs £4 6s 6d, and an order was made for possession on or before October 18th.
