INTERNATIONAL LAW. (By Telegraph-Press (Received This Day, 1.30 a.m.) GENEVA, Sept. 27. The final session of the League Assembly was occupied with a discussion on the continuation of the League's efforts at the codification of international law, which will be speeded up.
