BRITAIN'S DISMAL EXPERIENCE {By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright.) ' (Keeeived This Day, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 25. Summer, according to the calendar, has ended. It is declared to have been the worst in Britain since 1878. The sunshine was nearly two hundred hours below the average, while the rainfall was abnormal, with heavy storms and iloods. Nearly every outdoor public function was ruined; holiday reso'rts suffered heavy losses, and great damage was done to crops.
