The International Rugby Board has ■ decided to hold an Imperial Conference in London, at intervals of at least three years, to consider amendments to the rules and other matters, at which conference New Zealand, New South Wales and South Africa shall have two representatives, preferably men residing m the Dominions, whose Unions shall pay their delegates' expenses. • Resolutions were also passed that no alterations be made in the rules, except Lof a minor character, for the next three vears. during which time it is recommended that all matches be played uu--der the International Board's laws.
