ARRESTED ON ARRIVAL OF MAEfAMA.

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 21.

Indicted on September 8, on a charge of breaking and entering, also attempting to briak and enter, Albert Edward Duncan, Avas admitted to bail at £2OO. He failed to appear at the Supreme Court and Avas subsequently located in New South Wales. The police there made him undergo an education test in which he failed and he was placed aboard the Manama. He Avas arrested on the arriA r al of the vessel this morning and committed to prison under Avar rant to stand trial early in the new year.
