SPEED KINGS AT OTAKI.
ARRANGEMENTS FOjs, BOXING DAY. A treat is in store at Otaki on Boxing 1 Day for people interested in motor races. All possible arrangements for a good day's racing have been made. The race-course is being specially prepared and it is anticipated that some very fast times will be put up. A record number of entries from riders in all parts of the Dominion have been received, including some of the New Zealand crack riders. The Railway Department has made special train arrangements to cater for Palmerston North and intermediate stations, the train leaving Palmerston at 8.30 a.m. and the return trains leaving Otaki 5.30 and 8.4 p.m. There is much scope for a pleasant day for picnickers and hot water will be supplied free.
