SEA GIVES UP ITS DEAD.

The 'major portion of a human skeleton was found floating near the base of Paritutu this morning and i* believed to be the remains of James Scanlan, the ■ young reporter, who fell from the Sugar Loaf on June 18. Identification is difficult but there is not much doubt.
