IMPERIAL CONFERENCE.

e— _ ■ LABOUR VIEWPOINT : reiterated. WELLINGTON, Last Night. Four Labour members of Parliament, Messrs. Holland, Fraser, Monteith and McKeen, addressed a full house at the concert chamber of tho Town Hall to-night. Mr. Holland said New Zealand ought to be represented at the Imperial Conference, but Mr. Massey, or whoever went, should go as a delegate not as a dictator. If Mr. Massey insisted on having a free hand, Parliament should b e true to the people and say. “Unless you take your instructions, we shall not let you go.” The other speakers said there was much for Parliament to do, whether Mr. Massey went or not.
