The estimated cost is stated at £7000. The building will be 140 feet by 80 feet, and will have a lindovine tower and flagstaff over each. The Maori stylo of decorative art will be incorporated in the general design. Projecting gables and large boards will be carved and ornamented by grotesque finialfl.
