MONTREAL, Sept. 16.
Applying the Premier Is, the Hon W. L. McKenzie-King’s policy of democratising industry, Mr Brenton Daly, Canadian Pacific conductor living at Winnipeg, was to-day appointed to the directorate of Canadian National Railways. He is one of seven directors and will represent labour. ’
